Report from Maggie Maguire:
Maggie Maguire reports:We are delighted to report that the four Young Riders who journeyed to Kreuth in Germany to have their first experience of competing abroad in a CEIO [ or Team Competition ]all completed the full distance of 120km. Unfortunately Beth Langley's horse Ametista was vetted out lame at the end. Carri -Ann Dark and Elmstead Poloistique,Charlotte Robinson and Puleski and Abigail Tennant and Chador all completed successfully . Well done to the riders crews and Young Riders Team Management who supported them throughout. A pleasing result for Rosemary Attfield [Chef] and a continuation of Derek Grantham's[Vet] good record for getting teams home . Caroline Barton[Asst Team vet] and Chris Pell[ farrier ]will also be pleased with this trip. Thanks are also due to Philip Hirst who travelled to support Rosemary [Asst Chef]
