This is because the classification of what makes a venue ‘indoors\u0027 has been now been determined using section 2 of the Health Act 2006, which relates to smoke-free regulations. \u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDefra has provided a \u003ca href=\u0022https://egb.myclubhouse.co.uk/Client/Documents/Defra_Equine_Indoor_Roadmap_Lines.pdf\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eroadmap in line with the step-by-step process\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/a\u003e that’s been outlined by the government for the use of indoor schools/arenas in England, which outlines:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eAn indoor structure is classed as a place that is considered to be enclosed, or substantially enclosed for the purpose of smoke-free regulations – \u003cstrong\u003e\u003ca href=\u0022https://egb.myclubhouse.co.uk/Client/Documents/Defra_Equine_Indoor_Roadmap_Lines.pdf\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003edetail provided\u003c/a\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eA structure would likely be classed as outdoors if more than 50% of the area of its walls are open. There should be no mixing of households until at least Step 3 (no earlier than 17 May). We have support from a number of MPs and Whitehall staff, plus Sport England, who have worked strongly on our behalf.
