Sally has been involved with Endurance since 1988 representing GB at 5 European and 2 World Games, being part of a gold and silver winning team. She has been Chef for 2 Intermediate teams, and personally ridden around the world. Sally is also an experienced competitor at Advanced Dressage and 5 star 3 day events. Sally runs Urchinwood Manor, a large riding school and livery yard near Bristol. She introduced Endurance riding into the RDA. With this amazing background Sally is well placed to take on the Development Portfolio, which includes rider and horse development, coaching, Para-Endurance and Pony Club. \u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\u0022font-size: 16px;\u0022\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\u0022color: rgb(192, 80, 77);\u0022\u003eAdam Pilgrim\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e. Adam is a relative newbie to Endurance but has been making waves with his horse Alfie Buttons. Adam works outside the horse industry and brings a fresh perspective to the Board. Running his own Ground Maintenance Company gives him insight into many areas including customer and supplier relations, logistics and importantly marketing; working out what his customer needs and targeting the message. So of course we are welcoming him to the portfolio of PR and Comms, Marketing and Groups. He and Jim Phillips are joining forces in this area, as it is one that will need the most ‘horsepower’ as we go forward to 2025! \u003c/span\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\u0022font-size: 16px;\u0022\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\u0022color: rgb(31, 73, 125);\u0022\u003eSue Box\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e.
